Diatra Penelton serves as Chief Financial Officer of Care Alliances+™, overseeing the organization's financial architecture, compliance, and sustainability strategy. Her leadership ensures that the platform's corporate sponsorship model and public-private funding structures are positioned for long-term, scalable growth.

Emmitt Penelton serves as Chief Strategic Officer of Care Alliances+™, directing the organizational strategy that aligns the platform's community impact model with long-term growth objectives. His work bridges internal program development with external partnership strategy across cities, institutions, and community stakeholders.

Sedii FaSenntao serves as Principal Executive and Global Humanitarian for Care Alliances+™, bringing an international perspective to the platform's community care mission. Dr. N. Jean Hudley is the founder of Boys2Men Home & Sanctuary for Youth, Inc. (B2M) and Girls2Win, life mentoring programs serving youth ages 13–25 with entrepreneurship, trade skills, and personal growth opportunities. A 2017 HBCU Power of Dreams Award recipient and recognized by the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice for her prevention work, Dr. Hudley brings decades of youth development expertise to the Houston, TX Cares platform.

Lester Wright is the founder and principal of Kingstreets Management Group, an economic community and human development platform providing resources and support to cities nationwide. Recognized as a Director of United Community Care Alliances Inc., Lester brings deep expertise in community infrastructure, local economic activation, and resource connectivity to the Houston, TX Cares network.

Shawn D. Lovings is a senior marketing professional and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in strategic planning, brand management, and community engagement. Founder and CEO of Core Consulting and Marketing Group and President of KingStreets LLC, Shawn has led campaigns for national brands including General Motors, BET, and Moet Hennessy. He is also the author of "Mind Your Manners with Mr. Lovings" and a co-founder of My Style Matters Inc., a nonprofit supporting people affected by cancer.

Tamika Whitmore is a retired WNBA All-Star and University of Houston Hall of Fame inductee whose jersey was retired in 2025. As CEO of ATHLETE 3SIXTY and co-founder of KingStreets, Tamika bridges the worlds of professional sports, youth mentorship, and community development. She brings a powerful platform and national visibility to Care Alliances+™ as a public speaker and community advocate.

Erica Wayne is a healthcare executive, founder of CRCS Mobile Health, and President of Care Alliance Florida. Based in Miami, she leads corporate wellness and diagnostic services initiatives that align with the Houston, TX Cares mission of connecting communities to health resources. Her work expands the platform's healthcare infrastructure across South Florida and beyond.

Bettina Byrd-Giles is a leading expert in intercultural communication, community placemaking, and cultural initiatives. Known nationally as a culture coach and consultant, she brings extensive experience fostering understanding across diverse groups and driving community development through transformative leadership. Her work with Care Alliances+™ deepens the platform's cultural competency and cross-community engagement strategy.

Briana Fleming serves as Grant Writer for United Community Care Alliances Inc., bringing a multidisciplinary academic foundation from the University of Arkansas (B.A., Interdisciplinary Studies — Political Science, Africana Studies, and Human Development & Family Sciences). With experience in community development, project management, and civic engagement, Briana contributes to the funding and resource development strategy that supports Care Alliances+™ programs and partnerships nationwide.

Christian Ellis is a community development leader, nonprofit founder, and former professional athlete serving as Regional President of Care Alliances+™ for the state of Georgia. He leads the platform's expansion across Atlanta and statewide, building partnerships that connect individuals, families, and neighborhoods to resources in education, workforce, health, and housing. He is also the founder of Love Thy Neighbour As Thyself, an unhoused shelter and community support organization in metro Atlanta, and brings a global perspective from a professional basketball career spanning the NBA, NBA G League, and leagues across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
